- Electricity Points – Our hot tubs need to be plugged in throughout the hire period. hot tubs cannot be plugged into an extension lead but come with a 7 metre cable. If you have outdoor sockets we can close most UPVC windows with the cable running into you home.
- Outside or Inside Tap – If your using a cold/outdoor tap Hot Tubs can take between 20 to 40 hours to heat depending on size & weather conditions. Our team can supply adapters to fit most indoor taps and connect to your warm water supply so you don't have to wait. Contact if this is an option you would like.
- Garden Access– Our inflatable hot tubs will fit through most doors & gates and this makes it easier for people to hire a hot tub with terraced houses. Please ensure the path is clear of any obstacles BEFORE arrival to ensure we can deliver the equipment and avoid disappointment.
- Suitable Surface – The surface needs to be flat on a grassy, concrete, decking or patio area. Avoid cutting your grass before the hire to avoid getting grass in your tub. By cleaning the area your water is likely to stay clean for longer from peoples feet.
- How Long To Set Up? We usually have everything setup in 30 to 60 minutes. The customer fills the hot tub when we leave which usually takes around 1 to 3 hours depending on your water pressure. Hot Tubs can take 20 to 35 hours to heat from cold depending on size and weather so we always advise to fill warm using one of our tap adaptors.
- Collecting & Draining Tub - Collection takes around 45 minutes from arrival and we drain the water using a pump and jet wash the tub so will need access to power and water.
- Delivery and Collection times are between 8am and 8pm on your chosen date so please ensure you are home.
