COVID 19 UPDATE

DURING LOCKDOWN WE ASK THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE ONLINE BY CARD OR VIA BANK TRANSFER. OUR TEAM CANNOT ENTER A CUSTOMERS HOME OR GO THROUGH THEIR HOME TO SETUP. WE ONLY OFFER HOT TUBS DURING LOCK DOWN AND ASK THAT CUSTOMER KEEP A DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 2 METRES AT ALL TIMES.

WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THAT BOOKINGS MAY NEED TO BE CANCELLED IF THE TEAM GOES INTO SELF ISOLATION, QUARANTINE OR GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS BEING ENFORCED THAT PREVENT DELIVERY. IF OUR CUSTOMER NEED TO CANCEL DEPOSITS CAN BE USED TOWARDS ANY OTHER SERVICE UP TO 12 MONTHS FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE.

PRODUTS BOOKED CAM ONLY BE USED BY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING IN THE ADDRESS IT IS BEING DELIVERED TO AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR SOCIAL PURPOSES.

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE ONLINE SO CUSTOMERS CAN ENSURE TEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE.

Bouncy Castle Hire

COVID 19 UPDATE - PLEASE READ

1. We will only hire to secure back gardens of houses and only members (e.g. children) of that SINGLE household are allowed on our equipment. Under no circumstances must you invite other family members not living with you or neighbours, friends etc round to play on our equipment.
2. You must stay indoors while we set up and collect our equipment.
3. We must have clear access to your BACK garden without going tHrough your home. (e.g. through a side entrance or back-gate, or temporary removal of a fence panel).
4. Our equipment will be professionally and carefully cleaned and sanitised before it is delivered to you.
5. If you do NOT have an outdoor socket, then a sanitised extension lead will be left for you to plug in whilst our team setup the castle.
6. Payment must be made online (e.g. BACS) to avoid contact – and regrettably we cannot accept cash.
7. If anyone at the party (or who shares the same household) has any symptoms of COVID-19 or starts to develop symptoms during the hire then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must immediately be informed of this.
8. After collection, our equipment will be taken back to our premises and sanitised with a 3 day storage break before being sanitised again upon hire. Our vehicles and Storage are also sanitised.
9. Please respect social distancing of at least 2 metres at all times whilst we are in your back garden, especially when we are pointing out the safety guidelines for inflatable play.
10. Please note that when we arrive at your house, all adults and children must be indoors and likewise on collection, all adults and children need to be indoors. Delivery/collection times will be arranged beforehand, at a mutually convenient time, and the party must be finished with everyone indoors when we collect.
11. Strictly no overnight hires on any of our inflatables.
We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment. We will only be taking bookings for BACK garden hires only and will continue to operate social distancing measures.Only private parties for you and your family in the SAME household are allowed. If any children outside of your immediate household enter your garden to play on the inflatable, it’s absolutely essential that they be asked to leave your premises immediately to avoid compromising our strict safety measures.

BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE

Deposit: Please note that we require a minimum £20 deposit to secure your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or via the website when booking and must be received within 48 hours to secure your booking date. Once your deposit is paid the amount will be deducted from your final payment.

Please note: The deposit amount is per booking and not for each inflatable/equipment you book.

Your deposit is non refundable however The deposit can then be put towards a future booking with us or can be passed onto family member/or friends to use with one of our products.

If your booking is outdoors and bad weather conditions occur on your hire day (heavy rain/high winds etc.) we may need to cancel your booking due to health and safety risks, if this occurs then your deposit can be transferred to another date within 12 months of your hire date.

Payment Terms: The remaining balance is to be paid on delivery of the equipment in cash. We will not accept cheques or cards payments on the day.

If you wish to pay the remaining balance before your hire date this can be paid via bank transfer and must be received at least 3 days prior to the booking date. Please call us on 0775 8839 446 to arrange this.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your hirw we will hold your depsoit to use for any other date upto 12 months of the original hire

Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire date are subject to a 50% charge of the total hire charge.

Cancellations can be made on the day of hire if wet weather occurs (subject to our discretion) as long as at least 1 hours’ notice is given by calling us on 077588 39446.

If you cancel within the time scales above then your cancellation amount will include deposit amount paid.

Please note: It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required for their chosen inflatable and ensure there is enough space provided, this includes the ceiling height to the lowest part in indoor venues. All sizes are on each inflatable description. On delivery, if the inflatable will not fit in the space provided the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding amount of the hire. We cannot be held responsible if the inflatable does not fit. All required sizes are clearly shown on each description.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

  1. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncing Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.
  2. Each unit has an age limit. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
    No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle.(Children’s castles are upto 12 years)
  3. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge from £50.00 depending on unit hired)
  4. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
  5. No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle. Only Snazaroo facepaints can be used on any of our inflatables.
  6. No smoking, barbeques or fires within 20 metres of the Bouncy Castle.
  7. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed at any time. It may also cause damage to the inflatable.
  8. Users must remove their shoes before using the inflatables and put them back on when getting off the inflatable if they wish to use the inflatable again.
  9. A responsible Adult over 18 years of age must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
  10. Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Each inflatable has the amount of uses printed onto it on the safety tag.
  11. Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time. Avoid more boisterous children using the inflatables at the same time as younger children.
  12. Adults and children must not use any inflatable at the same time.
  13. Please ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause harm to other children.
  14. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step under any circumstances as a Child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to aid users in getting on or off the inflatable!
  15. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle at any time as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell or ill.
  16. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is highly DANGEROUS and could result in serious injury.
  17. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle at any time.
  18. Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults or back flips and are clothed appropriately. (We recommend sock are used, But no shoes to be worn on the inflatable)
  19. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear of anything that may cause damage or injury to any persons or the inflatable.
  20. The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
  21. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel once the rain has stopped.
  22. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Then please call us immediately.
  23. Any damage or loss to the inflatables will result in the hirer being charged for the repair/ replacement in full and any associated costs including loss of hire etc.
  24.   25. On booking our equipment you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions above, you will also be required to sign a paper copy on the day on delivery of the equipment.
  26. Please note that all food items we supply, we have taken extra thought into choosing these to best suit a wide range of people’s specific needs although we cannot guarantee that they do not contain or have not been prepared around ingredients to which some people may have allergies to.

Hot Tub Hire

DO’S and DON’TS!!

  1. Do not allow children in the tub unsupervised.
  2. Do not use and extension lead for you pump. It must be plugged into a grounded suppoly at your main connection to prevent over heating.
  3. Do not have any electrical objects near the hot tub.
  4. Do not use the hot tub whilst under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
  5. Do not use glasses of any description in the hot tub. Plastic glasses are suitable.
  6. Do not use the hot tub if you have an infectious disease.
  7. Do not enter the hot tub with clothes on, only wear suitable swimming attire.
  8. Do not enter the hot tub with footwear on or any other sharp objects.
  9. Do not allow animals near the hot tub
  10. Do not dive or jump into the hot tub.
  11. Do not sit on the sides of the hot tub
  12. Do not sit on the hot tub cover.
  13. Do not stand, sit or place anything on the motor housing.
  14. Do not use the hot tub if pregnant
  15. Do not use the hot tub after strenuous exercise
  16. Do not under any circumstances try to move the hot tub once installed.
  17. Do not empty the hot tub to clean unless we have agreed to prevent damage to the hot tub.
  18. Do not drain down the hot tub at all unless you have spoken to us and we have agreed.
  19. Do not remove suction fitting covers or the fixtures, this is to prevent risk of injury to body and/or hair entrapment
  20. DO NOT operate your spa if the suction fitting(s) are broken or missing. The suction fittings in the spa are sized to match specific water flow created by the pump. Never exchange a suction fitting(s) with one rated less than the flow rate marked on the original suction fitting(s).
  21. Do not run the lay-z-spa massage whilst the cover is on as this may cause a vacuum.
  22. Do not use your spa alone
  23. Do shower before entering the hot tub.
  24. Do put something down to wash or wipe your feet on before entering the hot tub.
  25. Do clean the filters as instructed.
  26. Do keep the water level topped up as instructed. Do not allow the water level to drop below the top of the filter.
  27. Do add chemicals as instructed. (see attached sheet)
  28. Do keep the thermal cover on when not in use.

The hot tub hire company will not be held responsible for any damage, injuries or death resulting from the misuse of our hot tubs. We will also not be held responsible for any damage caused by the hot tub to lawns, patios or decking or any water damage to anything whatsoever. It is your responsibility to make sure nothing gets damaged. You must contact CDL LEISURE immediately for any issues that may arise.

We cannot hire and setup in an insecure location such as front garden for hot tubs. All hires must be secured in an area uneasy to access from public foot paths or roads

You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your spa. Ensure your spa cover is securely fastened when spa is not in use. There is NO GUARANTEE that the cover, actual lock or clip tie downs will prevent access to your spa.

In the winter months if you have finished using the spa it needs to be left switched on to prevent freezing pipes.

do not allow the water to exceed maximum fill line. Any damage caused to the hot tub will need to be paid for and if your deposit does not cover the replacement of the part cost and you do not willingly pay for it then we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.

No more than 6 adults in the tubs except the MONACO or ST MORITZ which is 8 adults in the hot tub at any one time.

Limit the time spent when using your spa since long exposures at warm temperatures can cause high body temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.

Spa water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For young children, lower water temperatures are recommended. Check with your doctor.

Consult your physician before using your spa, especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly.

You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.

Please take care of all accessories hired with the Spa to ensure they do not get damaged..

Please be at home for delivery. Hire Periods The hire period is the dates shown on the hire. There is a minimum hire of 3 nights. At the end of the hire period, goods not made ready for collection will be placed back on hire for a further hire period at the same hire charge. You are responsible for the extra charges when we ask for them, to include any additional costs incurred. Customers who are not available to drop off will not be refunded there deposit.

The customer will inspect the hot tub with our delivery agent and note and sign for any damage on the equipment, this will be noted on the hire agreement. You the customer become responsible for the hot tub when you receive it – please take extra care to stop any sharp objects from being around or in the hot tub and prevent people from jumping in or on the Hot Tub.

You must leave the hot tub plugged in and switched on at all times for the filtration and heating system to work. Extension cables cannot be used with Lay-Z-Spas. The Lay-Z-Spa pumps come with a 7 metre cable which is usually sufficient for customers to reach their nearest grounded socket with RCD protection. We will need a drain close by to empty the hot tub at the end of the hire period. Or be aware that there will be a considerable amount of water to dispose of.

You are responsible for the supervision of the Hot Tub use at all times and are at least 18 years of age..

Cancellations If you cancel that your deposit will be forfeited and held for upto 12 months to use another date. Accidents / Injury The customer acknowledges that the use of the hot tub is at the hirer's own risk, CDL LEISURE LTD will not be responsible or held liable for any accidents, injuries or death under any circumstances. We will not be liable for accidents, injuries, or death caused by misuse of our tubs under any circumstances whatsoever, this includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in or out of the hot tub. We will not be responsible for any damage to property. Pregnant ladies must not use the Hot Tub or seek doctors advise first, anyone on medication must consult their doctor, any health concerns (heart, respiration, high blood pressure, skin conditions) consult your doctor before Hot Tub use.
